Relationships Matter
At LifeWorks, everything we do depends on forming meaningful, healthy relationships: with students, with parents, and internally among our amazing team of dedicated educators. Our staff is a diverse group featuring many different backgrounds and areas of expertise, but we are united by our desire to be of benefit to others. With our complementary strengths and our shared vision of service, we work together every day to bring the best to our clients.

Academic Mentors
LifeWorks Learning Center is seeking to add experienced academic mentors, specifically math and science specialists, to our tight-knit team of professional educators. LifeWorks is different from most other tutoring companies because we take a developmental approach to education, which means our top priority is building strong, positive relationships with all of our students. Effectively teaching the material follows naturally from there. You will fit in well at LifeWorks if you are open to learning about adolescent development, adopting new educational approaches, and, ultimately, discovering more about yourself. Our approach, which incorporates elements of mindfulness, attachment theory, and developmental psychology, brings a truly holistic blend of educational support to teens.
The ideal candidates will be able to tutor a general array of high school subjects (English, Writing, Algebra, Geometry, General Science).
To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to info@lifeworks.life, telling us about yourself, your experience working with teens, and about what motivates you as an educator. LifeWorks offers its employees training in research-based practices, ongoing professional development, and competitive compensation with room to grow in the organization. We look forward to hearing from you!
